Does the upgrade replace my original seals?
No. We fit supplementary EPDM seals alongside your existing weatherstripping. If your original rubbers are worn or damaged, see our OEM weatherstrip replacement service.
Will it eliminate all wind and road noise?
The upgrade is designed to help reduce wind noise from gaps around the doors. Results vary. Noise from tyres, glass, mirrors or other parts of the vehicle may remain.
Which vehicles can you work on?
We offer small car, medium car and large vehicle / SUV / ute options. Fitment is checked for your vehicle. Contact us first about vans, specialty vehicles or unusual door designs.
How long does it take?
Most cabin seal upgrades take around 30–45 minutes, depending on the vehicle. OEM replacement work has a separate installation time confirmed with the quote.

How much does OEM weatherstrip replacement cost?
Every job is quoted individually. The price depends on your make, model and year, which seals need replacing, parts availability and the installation required. We confirm parts, labour and any travel charge in your quote.
Do you use genuine OEM parts?
We can quote for genuine OEM parts where available. We confirm the proposed parts with you; any alternative replacement option is discussed before you approve the work.
Can you replace just one door seal?
You can request a quote for one seal or several. Tell us which doors, sliding doors or boot opening need attention so we can check the correct parts.
How long will replacement parts take to arrive?
Availability varies by vehicle and seal. We check supply options and advise the expected lead time before you decide to proceed. We do not assume every seal is held in stock.
Will replacing the seals fix a water leak or wind noise?
Replacement can help when a worn or damaged seal is the cause. Leaks and noise can also come from other areas, so describe the symptoms in your request. We may need photos or a closer look before recommending the work.

Do these prices include all four doors?
Yes. The listed cabin upgrade base prices include installation for four doors. Contact us if your vehicle has a different door layout or you need advice on the right category.
How do I check the total for my address?
Use the booking price selector to choose your vehicle category and service area. Travel is included for most Auckland suburbs; outer Auckland and rural areas carry a $30 travel fee. Contact us if you are unsure about your location.
Do these prices apply to replacement factory seals?
No. OEM weatherstrip replacement is quoted separately based on the specific vehicle, parts and work required. Use the replacement quote form for that service.

Where do you operate?
We provide a mobile service across Auckland. Travel is included for most Auckland suburbs, with a $30 fee for outer Auckland and rural areas on cabin upgrades. OEM replacement quotes confirm any applicable travel separately. Contact us about locations outside Auckland.

What warranty is included with a cabin upgrade?
Cabin seal upgrades include a 12-month workmanship warranty. If you have a concern about an installation, contact us so we can assess it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfer and cash. Contact us if you need to confirm payment arrangements before your appointment.
